How to Delete Your Account:
- In-App: Go to Account tab → Scroll down → Tap "Delete Account" → Type DELETE → Confirm
- Email Request: Send deletion request to support@calbi.org with your registered email
- Delete Account Page: Visit https://calbi.org/delete-account for detailed instructions
What Gets Deleted:
- All personal information (name, email, profile photo)
- All food photos and meal history
- AI-generated insights and recommendations
- Dietary preferences and health data
- Account credentials and login access
Deletion Timeline:
- Immediate: Account deactivated, cannot log in
- Within 30 days: All personal data permanently deleted from active systems
- Within 90 days: Data removed from backup systems
- Legal retention: Some data (e.g., payment records) may be retained if required by law
Important: Account deletion does NOT automatically cancel subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions separately through App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
9.3 Data Portability
- Export Data: Request a copy of your data in portable format

- Format: Data provided in JSON or CSV format within 30 days
9.4 Opt-Out
- Marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails
